Extraordinarily convenient and very comfortable. Restaurants nothing much.

It was agreat time and money saver to be able to use the sky walkway to the hotel after picking up my bags. I also was traveling with my pet and had no trouble negotiating the elevators with 2 lg bags plus pet. I felt safe and enjoyed the convenience and lack of fuss taking the hotel shuttle to make my early morning international flight

Great place to stay for early flights

The Hotel was really nice and their shuttle to each terminal was on time and convienient. The only thing is, it’s a little pricey..

Just a quick ride or walk to Logan!

Had we stayed anywhere else, we wouldn’t have made our 8:00am flight! Boston traffic, rental car return, etc...it is an obvious choice. Clean, comfortable, and relaxed last night. Excellent hotel, as well as dinning. My only complaint is: they charged a fee for WI FI! Shamefull!

This was truly a luxury to walk from Delta airlines over the skybridge to the Hotel. We would stay again and again.

Great place to stay but too much food

As non-Americans we were a little shocked at the amount of food we were given for a simple ’room service’ breakfast - twice as much as we could reasonably eat and drink. But maybe that is only a cultural difference.

Benefit is location only

If you want to just sleep near the airport, it’s OK. But if you wish some comfort fom the hotel service, you should not stay here.

It was really fine but I was more impressed with the Hyatt Riverside; we tried to book there for the 2nd leg of our trip but they were full. We WERE satisfied with the Hilton ... overpriced in my thoughts.

Good hotel with excellent location

We met another couple when we both flew in, and stayed here one night before heading to Maine. It is an excellent hotel, with comfortable rooms and good service. It’s within walking distance of the terminal gates, so that’s quite convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Logan.

Comfort & Convenience

We traveled to Boston to catch an early flight the next day. The Hilton at Boston Logan Airport was the ideal location to get a comfortable night’s rest before our long trip the next morning as well a providing a convenient short walk to the airport terminal with our bags. We’ll likely do this again when we travel next time.

You can access bus and subway transportation directly into Boston at the airport terminal which is a short walk on the skyway that extends between the Hilton and the airport.

Could not have asked for a cleaner more comfortable room. Food in the lounge was excellent.

close and wonderful

we stayed here overnight, as our flight left out of Logan the next morning at 6am. the hotel is beautiful. our room was huge, very comfortable. .staff was great. we would definitely stay there again. the hotel also sent a shuttle to pick us up at our rental car return location to get us to the hotel. nice perk!

Super convenient.

The hotel had great soundproofing so that I never heard any aircraft during my entire stay. But they need more soundproofing BETWEEN rooms as it was noisy from the rooms around me and the hallway.

Worth the Price to Stay

This has got to be one of the best places to stay near an airport. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. Check in was quick and easy, the bell hops provided excellent service, and the bell captain was great at helping us navigate around Boston and getting to the airport for our flight. When we went to our room, we noticed that there seemed to be a leak around the toilet that had the bathroom floor covered. The front desk said they would move us to similar accomodations without any problem and did. So, we didn’t have to deal with the problem.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

They have a shuttle for getting around the airport area that is supposed to run every 15 minutes to the airport. It wasn’t quite that prompt but, with some preplanning on your part, you will find it a very helpful tool expecially if you arrive without a car or other transportation options. Use the Bell Captain to help you navigate around Boston. He was very, very helpful and fun to talk with.

Sorry excuse

The pool facilities, locker room, and our room were beautiful. Not enough staff at check-in - long wait, and no separate concierge. Since the wait was so long, I asked one of the porters to change a $20 for me. He gave me some $5’s, among them, one torn in half and taped back together. Gold velvet chairs in lobby have springs that poke one’s derriere when sitting down. Waiter extremely rude. For the price, this was a poor value. I have told several friends I could not recommend this hotel. Instead, I would stay at another hotel on the Charles River in Cambridge with a gracious concierge and front desk staff, and pay extra to take a taxi to the airport.

This hotel is a poor value for its price. Service was lacking sorely, although facility is beautiful. Nice swimming pool.

staff was great. breakfast buffet wasn’t great...actually wasn’t good at all...otherwise room was nice and clean. can’t complain.

Very disappointed

I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday. I was only there for one night. My room was clean but the hall way was overflowing with dirty dishes/carts from room service. I was there until 6:00 a.m. on Monday and no one ever came and cleaned the hall. I was on the Executive level and paid extra for the room. I just expected it to be cleaner. I can’t image how long those dishes, carts, trash had been sitting in the hallway. I will definitely not stay there again or pay extra for that floor. I was truly disappointed.

Very convenient

We arrived in the evening and needed to fly out early. The hotel was comfortable and very convenient for getting out on an early flight. Best beds we slept in that week! The staff was friendly and helpful, the shuttle runs every 15 or 20 minutes.
