Disappointed
Rooms and Hotel were fine. We were disappointed the pool was drained and closed for maintenance and we were not told before booking the room. We had a 4 year old that wanted to swim and we would have booked another hotel had we been informed before we actually booked and paid for the room.

basically a satisfying experience
your basic hotel for a quick layover. security was an issue. the door leading into the rooms was broken and left open overnight. broken glass in door window taped but not replaced.

It’s ok
For the price, I guess it’s ok but outdated. The room A/C smelled musty. The room was previously a smoking room (although it’s now billed a non-smoking room) and had the associated stench. It’s on a busy street but reasonably close to Hyannisport. I will try out a few more hotels before I go back.

Rooms were very small, but it was clean and ok for one night
Room was clean, which is very important. But very small. The bathroom was also very small. We stayed there because it was a "pet friendly" hotel. There were a few minor things wrong, such as the iron was broke, the snack machine on our floor was broke. Beds were pretty comfortable which is a big thing. Free continental breakfast was decent.
