Not impressed with with location and condition of hotel would not return. Not a three star hotel.
The rooms are very small, my first room was so small I needed to step outside to turn around My second room was on the ground floor, the window was also at ground level and I felt unsafe. During the day I could hear each conversation inside and outside the hotel, at night I was awaken each time guests use of the bathrooms The rooms did appear clean and the beds uncomfortable I tried using the available internet, but there was no privicy as quest waiting had full vision access to my information. The smell of the painting and the noise from the construction was so overwelming and made me so ill that I needed to checked out after one night.

Great value in great location
Clean, comfortable, and relatively spacious for a Paris hotel. well maintained and managed. Stayed there one night. Helpful receptionist. Great location near lots of local shopping. Eiffel tower and other attractions nearby. Breakfast was not included in the Expedia rate, and it is pricy at 14 Euro. There are a number of cafes around. Could easily pick something up from takeouts or Monoprix next door.
