Great deal - good location for EU businesss travelers
It was a chic hotel, the room was very comfy and nicely decorated, it was just steps away from the metro and so close to so many EU buildings! I recommend it for the value for money.

Great hotel in a nice location
This hotel is located just a few steps from the European Commission buildings at the Schuman metro stop. Very convenient access, nice assortment of restaurants in the area (although on weekends many are closed - but the Grand Place is only a metro ride away). The room was clean and very comfortable, the desk staff seem to speak about 8 languages. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey given the current US/euro exchange rate, and was probably excellent, but we opted instead for the fine coffee shop just off the lobby, as well as a nice takeaway place with healthy options (Exki) across the street. The hotel bar had a nice assortment of Belgian and other beers. I would definitely stay there again.
Traveler's tip
Nice place to base yourself as it is a safe and pleasant enough neighborhood, and then just take the metro back to the Brussels-Central train station and take day trips out from there.
