great location

The hotel was nearly empty and still I was given one of the least desirable condos (quite dark, along the street). I arrived at night and did not realize this right away. The complex is advertised as being close to a stream; it seems the price should differ between condos to the street and the back (stream).

Great location but room was dated

The location of the condos to downtown Breckenridge is great. Housekeeping services could have been better. The kitchen wastebasket was full when we arrived and there were dirty fingerprints on the appliances and mirrors. The elevator was broken at check out time. Although the front desk clerk offered to assist people with their luggage, it left the desk unattended. Our unit faced the interior so the view was of other condos and it was quite noisy. It may have been better if we had faced the mountains or downtown.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

Rent a bike and ride the paved path from Breckinridge to Frisco and back. It’s a great way to see the mountain scenery.

Desk staff very helpful

Desk staff, Scott and Jesse, were extremely helpful and repsonsive during our stay. Hotel location is excellent, and the parking was convenient. Will stay here next visit!

Nice condo and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc.

Definitely would go back

Very convenient to everything in Breckenridge. Great for hiking and biking. The pool was heated enough to use on chilly days which was nice for kids.

Would go back again.

Hotel was very convenient to slopes. Staff was very helpful. We stayed in 1 bedroom unit with pull out sofa which was a bit tight for 4 adults but manageable. Furniture in our unit was kind of beat. Master bed was comfortable. Sofa bed very uncomfortable.

ResortQuest Rocky Mountain Lodge

Good location, good facilities, close to Breck Free-ride and Summit Stage stops, walking distance to everything else. On-property underground parking is a bonus.

Second Honeymoon!

Our hotel was everything that we requested when purchasing online. It is a hotel with options for whatever the occasion! The room was clean and comfortable with lots of amminities. The outdoor pool and hot tub were available in April which was a nice added bonus. The mountain view was spectacular and the hotel was close to downtown Breckenridge and the ski areas.

Not returning

We had a studio, we had to change rooms when we first got there, the hotel is worn and could uses some updates. The staff was very friendly and really went out of the way to help us enjoy our stay. I dont’ think we would return here again in the future. The bed in the studio is a pull down bed and so was the couch bed. They both were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and there was ne dresser just a few small side drawers on the pull down bed, basically had to live out of the suitcase ( family of 4). The location is great it is close to all. If you go in the winter, or snowy times, go to carter park and sled, its free and fun .You do need a sled and our hotel has some free loaners, although we bought our own so we could have a steering string on it.
