Would definately stay there again-perfect location
It was a perfect location for us in that the hotel included a shuttle to/from the airport, shuttle to the Mall of America, which is about 1 mile and could be walked, and is a very short walk to their above ground subway system (although a shuttle is available for it as well). The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were all polite and eager to help us. The shuttle drivers, whose names I forget but it was a foreign girl-foreign by the way she dressed, and another gentleman with a Russian accent who had been in the US for 30 years. Both were very accomodating. We reached the airport on our way home and discovered we forgot a bag at the hotel and he was more than willing to run us back. Also once when we missed the shuttle time, a man at the front desk agreed to take us to the mall on a special trip. Sorry I forgot their names. We loved the reception. Breakfasts were delicious. Televisions appeared new and were HD ready and the picture was wonderful. My 10 yr old son and I came to see the Vikings/Packers on Monday Night Football and came into town on Saturday. It was trip we will never forget and you played a large role in making it happen.
Traveler's tip on dining
We used the Mall of America as the central point of our trip. It is walkable but the shuttle runs once every hour. The restaurant in the hotel is a little upscale so with the exception of breakfasts,we had all of our meals at the mall. They have about all fast food restaurants available but unique restaurants like Johnny Rockets and the Rain Forest Cafe which were still reasonable. They also have a couple of nicer steak houses like the Twin City Grill.

Great Place to Stay
We had a wonderful time at the Embassy. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. They advised us of getting the most bang for our buck even when it was to their disadvantage. We can’t say enough about the service we received. The location was excellent and close to all the important area’s. They are even building a train stop right outside the hotel so you can go downtown. We would stay here again with no hesitation.
