An place to stay on a short trip.
I like the option of a place to cook if a want to and it is very convenient to business in the area.

Good hotel for the price
The room was neat and hotel was okay - we just wanted a place to stay for the nights, so it was good for the value. It is pretty far from south beach and the entertainment in Miami.
