Rude Service
As I walked into the hotel it should have been apparently clear that this wasn’t going to be a good stay. The people in front of me were being treated very rudely by the hotel desk person as was another person who was just after me in the line as I walked away. My own room was dirty, the bathroom looking like it needed a good bleach job. I was denied a simple request to check out one half hour late, even though the hotel was empty and it was clear they weren’t overfilled in the least. I travel for business constantly and this is the first time in twenty years that I have been denied a late check out request. Just one word describes the service: RUDE!

Best of the rest in Findlay
My first two trips to Findlay were at other "economy" hotels. The Marriott was inexpensive and had comfortable, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Ask about their relationship to the YMCA if you want a better workout.

Nice hotel
Staff is very nice and accommodating. We did not have any bar soap, shampoo, etc. in the room when we arrived. the Staff was very helpful and appologitic. Room was nice but heater was a bit too noisy. overall ok Cookie and coffee very good. I’ll stay there again
