Needs maintenance upgrade
Good location, nice staff, convenient to restaurants, but the rooms need maintenance. Toilet and air conditioning in the room were both not functioning and it shouldn’t have been news to the staff. Two knobs were broken off the air conditioner- deperate guests trying to get the temperature below 90 degrees in the room. By morning with the AC at full blast all night the temperature had probably reached a comfortable 75 degrees. The toilet was running when I arrived with a pool of condensenation on the bathroom floor. The toilet lever was hanging on the side missing a few parts- an apparent repair in progress at some point that just never got completed. This hotel has potential if management elects to pay attention to detail. Right now with so many hotels in the area closed due to flooding it’s going to be sold out regardless. Try to arrive early so you can secure a room in working condition.
