Dirty as can be!!!
My husband and I booked this room as part of our anniversary trip to Boston. The first room we were put in smelled, which was bad enough, but then, as I entered the bathroom, I found a pair of underwear hanging over the shower rod Needless to say, we had our room switched. Our second room wasnt much better. Our hallway had pieces of meat scattered through out, our carpet had stains, the microwave looked like it had never been clean, and the trash under the sleeper sofa was horrible. Not to mention that the side exit stairwell smelled like trash and dirty diapers. In addition, the two side entrance doors we tried had broken key entries, so we had to walk the whole way around to the front just to get in. Regardless of the deal we got on the room, it was not worth it at all!! Thumbs way down to this hotel!

Extended Stay Away
No maid service on weekends, elevator broken, kitchenette sink backed up, shower curtain rod would fall at the slightest provocation, general disrepair. But all this is not my biggest complaint. They installed some kind of motion sensor on the air conditioning system to turn off the AC after an hour or two if it sensed no motion. I presume this was to save money on guests leaving the AC on while they were out. Problem is no AC on all day during the summer would bring us back to an 85 degree room. After an hour or so of getting the kids ready for bed the temperature would be down below 80, but once we all laid down and went to sleep, the motion sensor would sense no motion (because we were ASLEEP) and turn off the AC again. So the temperature would climb back up over 80 making for broken and sweaty sleeping. This seems to be a hotel that might have been very nice when they first opened, but theyve been squeezing their maintenance dollars to the point where I cant imagine anyone every repeating a night there voluntarily.
