Outstanding Sydney CBD hotel
Westin Sydney is located in the CBD on Martin Place. Location is convenient for business or pleasure. The hotel incorporates the striking architecture of the old GPO in lobby and shops and rooms with addition of a new tower. The architecture is exciting and very creative. Rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. Hotel amenities are outstanding. Staff was attentive and courteous. Without question, I will return.

Nice rooms. Good location.
Ive stayed here before, and it was nice to find that the quality of the hotel has not diminished. In general, you could consider this a mildly upscale chain hotel. Rooms are nice, comfortable, and reasonably sized. Location is good for touristy adventures and public transportation. The only bummer was the cost of using internet in my hotel room.

Centrally Located Convenience
The Westin Sydney is centrally located, making it extremely easy for travelers to walk to many of the citys numerous attractions. Whether you want to stroll to Darling Harbour, walk to Circular Quay to catch a ferry, visit museums or art galleries, get the birds-eye view at Sydney Tower, or grab a hop-on/hop-off tour bus, you dont have to wear yourself out with long treks or pay a lot of money for a taxi. The staff is warm and friendly as well.
Traveler's tip on dining
The Central Business District is almost a ghost town on the weekends, so moderately-priced, middle-of-the-road dining options are few.
