Good place to stay when visiting Soldier
I went to Lawton to visit my soldier. We stayed at the hotel the majority of the time. The rest of the time we took a cab to the Central Mall. The hotel is within walking distance to two restaurants. Cracker Barrel is literally right in from of the hotel. There is also a restaurant, Mike’s Sports Bar and Grill maybe, that is right near the hotel. We stayed in a King Suite with a king bed, kitchenette, sofa, and desk. The kitchenette had a coffee pot, small refrigerator, microwave and sink. Overall it was very nice. Everything was clean! The breakfast was ok, but then again I am a picky breakfast eater. There is a very good chance that I will stay there again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you don’t have a car, it is usually pretty easy to find a cab, but pricing ranges. The central Mall is the main attraction I have seen. My next visit I am going to try to go to the wild life reservation.

Second Stay
We traveled to Lawton to attend the basic training graduation of our youngest son from Fort Sill. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

a little disappointed
We stayed for 4 nights, the rooms are of generous space and the staff is very friendly. I found the pool to be kind of small and the computer center to not be very efficeint. I had great difficulty accessing online accounts due to the old computer that they have for there guests to utilize.

great if you want to be near Ft. Sill we were maybe 5 minutes drive away.
