Secluded and relaxing paradise
VIP service from the start! The entire hotel seems to be geared to make the guests feel as relaxed as possible. Beautiful rooms and views, picture-perfect and quiet beach, great restaurants and friendly staff make this hotel a fantastic relaxation spot! Very happy with our stay here, can`t wait to go back!

quiet, beautiful resort
We had a Seaview chalet next to the rock pool and Tree House restaurant. Even so, it was quiet and private. The cottages are spacious, had high speed internet, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The power only went out twice for short times during heavy rains. We didn’t use the hot tub. All three restaurants were excellent and the wine selection good although few low cost selections were available. It is a resort in a resort area so there isn’t much to do outside of usual resort activities.
Traveler's tip
The Bintan Resorts ferry leaves from the ferry terminal near the airport, not the one at Harbourfront. It is an easy 45 minute ferry ride from Singapore to Bintan. Passport control and customs were easy and The Banyan Tree staff met us at the ferry. We got the VIP service on return which made Indonesian passport control and customs effortless and seemed worth the cost.

Romantic hideout for those with taste
My partenr and I went there for a two day break. We had a jaccuci villa and we ended up spending a lot of time in the room... exploring the facilities. The restaurants are not that great and the menus are disappointing (somewhat)... otherwise, it will be a great place to be for a couple of days ... all by yourselves in the villa.
