Guests are advised to be at the ferry terminal at least one hour before time of departure. From Changi International Airport, take a taxi to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal can be reached from the East Coast Expressway. Exit 3A, take Xilin Avenue direction south. Follow the road along the Tanah Merah Country Club, turn right at first traffic light, then right again at next traffic light. Banyan Tree Resort Bintan can arrange for hotel transportation from the ferry dock.
