Dirty, moldy, YUCK.
First off, I’m a guy. I usually don’t notice or care if things are a little dirty. But this place was some thing else. BIG mold spots on ceiling tiles (in corridors), hair on sheets AND towels, stains on everything that can be stained. The clerks were fine, the breakfast was OK, but my room was NASTY.

Quiet place, could improve services.
We have stayed here before and liked it. The suites provide privacy for adults and teenager, the kitchenettes allowed us to cook several meals in the room. This place is great if you want a quiet place to stay. It takes a few minutes to drive in and out of the location, which is in a business park. No maid service unless you pay extra or stay 7 nights (we stayed 6). AC was in the living room where our son slept on the couch, but no ac unit in the bedroom. We were able to open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast minimal-bagels & muffins, but no breakfast service on the weekend.

Comfortable, Good location
Good location in the Cape Ann area. Kitchen area and location make it a great place to stay when visiting/touring the Cape Ann area of MA
