Time for some renovations
The hotel looks old, run down and in need of major renovations inside and out. We expected the Ramada name would mean a clean, decent quality hotel. Not this one! Given the current condition of the hotel and its location, would not book a room at this hotel again unless it was available for a much cheaper price than other comparable hotels.

Decent and reasonable accommodation for a night in Edmonton
This was a good place to spend the night - very clean and neat - not new but holding its own - the internet is very good, no password required so it is plug and play - the staff is polite but not particularly friendly - the water park is a pay as you go and we did not see it in use - it is in a awkward location - one way streets and also on a service road but parking is adequate. We dont go to Edmonton very often but would return because the price is reasonable.
Traveler's tip on shopping
A very reasonable price these days for double occupancy, so over all, a good place for a night in Edmonton - near Airport and amenities but not close to downtown - ten minute drive to the West Edmonton Mall - except during rush hour or construction of course.
