Beautiful grounds, rooms need work
If you are looking to relax outdoors, this is the perfect place for you. Furniture very retro, so if you are looking to go back to the 60s, this place is for you. Just remember that the bed felt like it was from the 60’s too...

A huge letdown..
My boyfriend and I just came back from a 1 night stay at the "famed" Parker Hotel. The hotel decor was fun and eclectic as was the hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The propery was serene and well maintained. However, as soon as we entered the room we noticed there was no place to play music (no radio, no ipod docking station), nothing. The mattress was an old mattress with a newer feather bedpad on it. Then in the morning when we needed to take a quick shower.. the drain was clogged and the water started to fill up the tub. Not to mention the variety of unusual insects crawing around in the room that we had to kill. We mentioned the tub issue to front desk at checkout and all they said was "sorry" and did not even offer to pay for parking or comp. us breakfast. Overall, our expectation were really high and we left dissappointed. I would not stay there again. All the Parker has going for it is its reputation, which it no longer lives up to. Overpriced for a poor quality hotel. Stay at The Viceroy, at least they provide cocktails upon arrival.

Excellent Hotel
We stayed there for an anniversary trip and were very satisfied. Very nice property. Good staff. Only real downside is that hotel food was VERY expensive. Good though :)

can’t wait to go back
The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were amazing, the pools were perfect. The rooms were clean and decorated very cool. The service was wonderful. Will definetly be back.

I was so happy that i cant wait to go back.
This was a weekend for me to have time for me away from my family. THe setup, environment, staff, and energy of the hotel was more then what i had expected. I had stayed at 3 other 4 star hotels in palm springs and extremely disappointed because they looked old to the point I didnt want to go back. I was more then impressed and cant wait to go back!!!

Great getaway
The Parker was a great place to get away from daily life and just relax. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The biggest problem we had was at peak times it was hard to get a lounge chair by the pool.

love it fun and relaxing
This is a must stop hotel. the grounds are great. The pool and service is exceptional. The gym is awesome.

Nice of course
The Parker is fabulous, the decor very hip. The prices are very high, 2 Mojitos with tip was $30. breakfast in the cafe was $70. So expect to pay up.

Not impressed
The hotel staff wasn’t very helpful. The pool areas was packed (be aware of their 15 minute rule) and for the price we paid, it was not a memorable experience at all. I will most certainly not stay there again.

Will Definitely Return
We loved the Parker Palm Springs. We brought our two children (ages 6 + 8) and they had a wonderful time as well.......lots of things to do between croquet, ping pong, pentaque? (boulles is what i’ve only known it to be called), hanging by the firepit, etc. Jonathan Adler’s decor is FAB! And the PSYC spa is fab too.

Was better before remodel
There was no parking - valet service only. No ice machines - had to pay room service $3 for bucket of ice. Drip under sink took 4 calls before fixed. Had to request extra hangers twice. Stain on rug and some towels. Not enough storage for toiletries in bathroom. One of our shutters was broken and wouldn’t open. Had to request room cleaning. But...grounds are beautiful and pools clean. I will not return due to poor service. This hotel - grounds, room furnishings - was much nicer before recent remodel.

We parked on side street to avoid valet service and bought bags of ice at local store.
