Excellent hotel, great value
Excellent hotel, great views of the marina; superb food. Room charges were very reasonable considering the high level of service. Club Level benefits including all day food buffet was definitely worth it.

Due to weak dollar, everything was extremely expensive. Most items were a lot cheaper in the US

Resort that meets the Ritz standard
Hotel is a true Ritz, classy, elegant, stylish. We stayed for only 2 days, but receptionist made a 6 am check in and a 6 pm check out without charging any extra fee. Rooms are nice, although the bed was too soft for me. Employees of the resort are a 10+, always nice, extremely mindful, to the smallest details. Overall, you get what you expect, considering the staff maybe even more.

Try the restaurant for a dinner to remember, it is flawless. Truely, perfect.

Great Place to Stay
When I got there, they overbooked everybody and I had to stay a night in a smoking room with double bed (I had asked for a non-smoking, king-sized bed). They gave me a club room which, to my surprise, didn’t smell of any smoke and the room had a breath-taking view, overlooking Marina Bay Golf, River and Singapore Downtown. Room was huge and everything from a toothbrush to soap was BULGARI made.
You can take MRT (underground trains) which takes you just about everywhere and it is very inexpensive. You can also go to China Town and enjoy various Chinese food (very local) and there are many shops at the city mall to buy/look/enjoy. In the middle of Singapore, there are numerous sitting tables with local Singaporean food to choose from. If all possible, stay away from eating at Ritz Carlton Restaurants as they are very PRICY.

The Ritz
I am a Marine stationed on an aircraft carrier and I thought it would be nice to spend the night in the Ritz Carlton. I had one bag, which was not offered to be taken up to the room. I had a mango drink on the first floor but was not offered upon checking in on the 32nd floor. The room was incredibly dusty for being in such a nice hotel. The view was awesome of the city skyline from both the room and the bathroom window. The hotel engineer took about 15-20 minutes when the tub drain would not empty the water.

Wonderful hotel with great service
Well located hotel with great rooms, wonderful service and food. Very nice, relaxing pool on ground level. We expected a lot and got more.

Excellent but a Tad expensive for overnight travellers
One of the best in Singapore. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Overly luxurious Rooms including Bathrooms. Do not expect bargains here better than available on Expedia.

A wonderful example of first class service.
Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was my treat for my husbands’ birthday and we loved every minute of it. The greatest asset of any organisation is the people who work there and this is certainly true in this case. They are smart, diligent, with an amazing attention to detail and never fail to greet with a smile.

Best Stay ever!
The room was well kept. I love the bathroom with it’s huge bath tub & thick terry robes. They practically have all the amenities a traveler would need. The hotel staff were very helpful and would never let an opportunity to be of service to their customers pass by. I would highly recommend the others to stay at Ritz the next time they visit SG. Ritz Carlton is the answer to Excellent Customer Service Experience!
