Great Staff!!
Shantel was great at checking me in! The cleaning lady for my floor, 8th floor, helped me with my dress zipper!! The staff was wonderful in calling cabs and suggesting eateries!

The hotel say was great,but we didn’t like the location because it was too far away from the French quarters.

Well, it’s a nice hotel, nice room, despite the location and lack of surrounding restaurants. Public transportation in the area is not as easy as I thought before. But from 7 am -10 pm , there’s a hotel’s shuttle each hour to go to several places.
