Outdated and dingy
Hotel desperately needs to be updated. Low ceilings, cracks in the walls, toilet poorly repaired in the past and now leans to one side. Shower looks like it’s been caulked and recaulked many times. Not dirty, just old.

Wouldn’t Stay Anywhere Else!!!
We love Residence Inn! We always make it our home away from home when we’re in Tyler, Texas. It’s more than a room with a bed and a tv. It’s a mini-apartment. Living area, fireplace, free high-speed internet access, comfortable bed, full kitchen. Also close access to nearby shopping, restaurants, entertainment. What more could anyone ask for???? Oh, and did I mention great lighting in vanity area for applying makeup (always a big plus for me)!!!
