Fantastic Hotel in a wonderful Paris Neighborhood
What a gem on a wonderful street, full of local stores-authentic and amazing! Check out the fabulous chocolate store at the end of the street. Very easy to get to metro and quick walk to Galleries Layfayette where you can pick the hop on hop off buses- a great way to visually get around Paris and see the sights! The hotel was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants in the neighborhood. A perfect hotel for families, singles or couples- I would go back!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Check out the hop on hop off bus services- one offers addtional river boat stops as well! Very easy city to get around Metro and buses are well laid out- .Recommend when eating on the left bank, check out St Benoit St off St Germaine St - great choices of restaurants. Head early to the museums, make it your 1st stop of the day to avoid any lines.

Convenient Location
Good location near metro station. Continental breakfast saved time in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Second stay for a reason
This was the second time my family and I stayed at the Opera Cadet. The staff are professional and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast out on the patio was perfect. The Metro and bus connections are right around the corner, and many tourist favorites are within walking distance. I’m looking forward to our third visit.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Louvre and Jardin are a mile walk from the Opera Cadet. Two more miles along the Seine, and you’re at the Eiffel Tower. It’s a great way to really see and absorb the city, while saving a little on public transportation. If you’re too tuckered for the walk back, the Metro and busses are easy to find and use. One mile in the opposite direction from the hotel puts you on top of Mont Martre at the foot of Sacre Cour Basilica. The village is charming and the views are well worth the climb.
