Wonderful cozy room
Uncluttered by oversized, unnecessary furniture, my room was snug yet plenty big enough for one. The personnel were great, there was a fully functional PC in the lobby, the location was central to everything including a hike/bike path and IKEA and the price was very reasonable. Id stay there again in a minute.

Not Impressed
Not sure where to start. We didnt receive any keys to our room when we got there. The front desk clerk opened our room and said he would bring our keys back but he never did. We went down the next morning and got them ourselves. Breakfast not much, by the time we got down they had nothing else out but cereal. It was close to the end of the breakfast hour but they werent about to put anymore out. The bathrooms in the room were not so clean. Gunk built up around faucet at the sink. Rooms are very small even the suites. No fridge or microwave in suites.

Will not go back to this hotel
The hotel staff was unfriendly, the cleanliness of the hotel left a whole lot to be desired. The furniture was worn and stained, I was afraid to sit on the sofa. No coffee in the rooms, no coffee or juice on the first morning of our stay (Sunday) at the "continental breakfast". There was a Penguins game and Steelers game that weekend and the hotel seemed pretty full. Yet knowing the circumstances of the weekend, the hotel failed to provide coffee and juice on such a busy weekend. As we checked out on Monday a.m., we did notice coffee was available. One good thing about the hotel, hot water. The water was very hot in the shower and bathroom sink. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone (maybe an enemy) but I dont have any of those that I know of (until now).
When in Pittsburgh, take in a Penquins, Steelers or Pirates game. You wont be disappointed.
