Loud guests
I had traveled 6 hours to get to this Hotel. I checked in, went to me yoom and as I entered the hall I could hear the guests across the hall from me screaming and using very profane language at one another. I dropped off my things and went to dinner. All was quiet and I fell asleep very early when I was awaken by someone trying to get into my room and screaming. I layed there a few minutes and they finally left. Again after falling asleep, I was awaken by a woman screaming to be let in the room across the hall. kicking the door, beating on the door and so forth. I called the front desk and was told many complaints and police were called. Not 2 hours later it all began again and continued for a very long time. I never heard nor saw a police officer despite what I was told. Upon checking out the following morning I mentioned that I wouldn’t be back as nothing was done. Had I been the management of this Hotel, I would have tried to offer some incentive to my customer. All I got was "sorry ma’am".

Will be sure to ask next time I have to travel for a place that has more than a bar and pizza joint as dining.
