Beach service is another perk of staying at Summerwind. Check-in is at the Navarre Beach Office at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees are as follows- 1 bedroom USD 69.62, 2 bedroom USD 110.22, 3 bedroom USD 127.63.
