Unfriendly/Poorly maintained
I stayed here for one night before my AM flight out of Billings and do not recommend it. One employee worked the desk - while another watched - check-in was long. When I went to work out there were two treadmills but only one worked. The balance of the equipment was wound so tight even Ivan Drago would have trouble using it. I went for a jog outside - dodging the 18 wheelers on intermittant sidewalks. The restauarnt/lounge closes at 1000 PM (yummy popcorn for dinner).

Great Place
We stayed here for a spot to fly out of Billings. This hotel is quite impressive and very clean. We were able to park our truck there for 10 days with no charge. This saved us allot of money in parking fees at the airport.

Not as described!
Photos of hotel show the "tower". Most rooms are located in several older 2 story buildings behind the tower. Room amenities listed include microwave and jetted tub. These are only available in the more expensive tower rooms. My first room was boardered by the back parking lot and an interrior hall. We constantly heard people in the hall and on the sidewalk outside our window (no green space between sidewalk and window) heard a basketball being bounced at 1230AM. Beds were hard, pillows as hard as sofa cushions. Shower handle broke so couldn’t turn off shower, went to call front desk but phone didn’t work! There was no local channels so we could not watch local news, weather etc. (blamed it on digital conversion). Thanks to front desk they moved us to an interior facing room. Same poor quality with a different view. Maid missied our room next morning. Morning after that, she left an appology note only to leave the beds just pulled up and no fresh towels.
Traveler's tip on dining
No complimentary breakfast, you have to pay extra when you book. Don’t waste your money. You will get tired of their slow service and generic items everyday.
