Good location

A bit dated but in an excellent location near the Prudential centre and shopping areas. Initial reception from staff was slightly rude but remainder of staff were fantastic!

I would not recommend

the hotel location is very good. nice neighbourhood and easy access to public transportation. But the hotel was not helpful when I lost my pjamas and golden bracelet. They even did not seem to be interested. I would recommend you not to leave your important personal belongings in the hotel room.

Walking distance to anywhere.

The people working here are courteous, friendly and there to help you if needed. The location is surrounded by stores, restaurants and a short walk to Northeastern College. My only complaint is that being 6foot 4 the shower heads hit me in the shoulder. One word of warning the garage entrance is very low. The roof of my F-150 barely cleared.
