Palazzo Hedone

Scicli, gem of Sicilian baroque, recently added to the Unesco’s World Heritage List, is located at the southern tip of the province of Ragusa, approximately 50 km southern more than the city of Tunis. 3 km from the sea, it enjoys a cloudless summer and a mild winter. Palazzo Hedone is a XVIII-XIXth century mansion turned into a hospitality mixing modern with Sicilian tradition. While enhancing the original features of the historical building, the restoration gave it the most modern appliances (under floor heating connected to solar panels, home automation, …) including a swimming pool usable whatever the weather conditions thanks to its sliding glass roof. It is 2 minute-walk from Scicli’s historical centre. Most of Sicily’s other sites of interest can be visited in a day maximum.
