Shocked!
We arrived the first night to find a room key with our name on it and no employees to be found, not one! Luckily for us we had a room key; two other people had a reservation but no key waiting on the desk for them. The last night we came back to the room to find a note stating that housekeeping was shorthanded and there had been no time to clean our room. Dont think well be back there anytime soon.

Meets the need...mixed review
We needed a moderately priced hotel in the West chester area, and this was it. Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. Room was nothing fancy, but adequate. And AC works okay, thankfully, as we had a heat wave this weekend. Some attention to maintenance would make this a much better place. For example, there was a small inroom refrigerator, which somebody had left the door ajar on. The resulting ice buildup made it impossible to close its door or use it. I called it in for maintenance, but somebody on the hotel staff should be alert for things like this. Also, the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom above the shower, accentuated by some mildew splotches was something easily taken care of if somebody were doing a walkthru once in awhile. But to end on a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and our stay was successful.
Traveler's tip on dining
Carrabas Italian is about 10 minutes away in Painters Crossing shopping center. Its a wonderful restaurant. Call ahead for "accelerated" seating.
