Change for worst
I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and I loved, but now....what a difference...I even fill out a complaint slip and drop at the reception desk on my way out - killed 3 spiders in my room in 3 different dates - room was for wheel chair individuals, no space for toiletries in the shower - lamps dust and dirty - internet connection very poor quality (all the time got disconnected even after complaint about it)- could not dial 0800 numbers from my room(needed to go to the reception area)-no enough space of wardrobe- smell like a room closed for a long long time - very noisy outside
