While the rooms could use some updating, the value for the money could hardly be beat.
This north-end location was perfect for us, and while the room was rather dark and the matress a bit saggy, overall we were satisfied with this hotel. Considering the price, it was a find, as it included a small kitchen and a full hot breakfast every morning. Don’t expect too much, and you will be pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly. Could use some updating in terms of colors and furnishings, but overall, good value.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Our room was indeed a suite with a full kitchen, living area, and a fireplace. The room was clean and neat and the breakfast bar was fabulous-complete with eggs, sausage, waffles and all of the other amenities that one would expect. I will attempt to stay at this chain whenever possible. The price was great cheaper than most basic rooms. All personal were friendly and accommodating.

An Oasis in Dayton
I was taken back by the spaciousness and cleanliness of this hotel - it is huge. For the price, it is without any doubt the best buy you are likely to find. Compared to the rest of my 17 day odyssey, this hotel is a stand-out. I will make a determined effort to seek them out in the future.
