Not impressed
I checked in to the hotel at 10 pm. When I went into the bathroom there was no soap in the bathroom. I called down to the front desk and was told you can come down and get some if you wish. The curtains in the room were torn and would not close properly. I would not stay at this hotel again. There are many ther hotels in the area and I will choose one of them.

Comfortable and Quiet
We had a great stay. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet - perfect to rest after a flight. Breakfast was wonderful!

spacious rooms, close to the airport
The room here were surprisingly big for the price and an easy place to get in and out of and to the airport for an early flight. looks like they were doing some upgrades to the lobby and cafe area. nice looking pool but no time for a dip this trip.

would stay there again
I chose this Comfortr Suites hotel for convenience, late arrival and early departure times on flights. It was a bit difficult to find in the night due to it being set back from the road with no sign at teh roadside. Other tha that the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Due to thte times in and out of teh hotel I did not use the breakfast service, so no comment. It is close to Tucson airport and clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel, comfortable!
My only complaint was that the coffee maker didn’t work in our room. Of course, how would the maids know if no one told them. Otherwise we were very pleased. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice breakfast bar, and convenient parking.

Not impressed at all
Coffee pot still had week old coffee grounds in it and there was mold in the coffee pot. Bathroom floor had stains on the floor that we washed off so we could walk around. I would never stay at another comfort suites if it was free

Ways to improve the stay: The hotel might look at a quieter Air Conditioner. Every time the Air conditioner compressor turned on it woke us up.

Comfort Review
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are setup nicely. The elevator is not labeled for guests to see easily from the lobby or hallways. The molded tub/shower stall was cheap and creeked when standing in the shower. The rooms were not as well insulated as you may like. I could hear people walking overhead and could easily hear adjacent room doors closing.

If you are traveling on business, eat at "Morgan’s" sports bar & grill two doors down at the Clarion hotel.

Review
Nice place to stay close to the airport. They have a shuttle so you don’t need to keep your rental car to get to the airport.

Very Nice
The only problem was the pool had to be closed for cleaning after apparently neglecting to clean it sooner.

Not sure what to think
I am not sure if the hotel was just having an off day or if it was a normal occurrence but there was a cockroach in our bathroom and trash in the drawers and under the sleeper sofa. The mirror had writing on it so that when it fogged over you could see it. The jacuzzi wasn’t working right but the pool was great and they were had it open till 11 pm. The breakfast was good as well.

Needs refurbishment - an old and used hotel
Would not recommend, particularly for the price. A much lower than average value. Grungy, dreary and cheerless.

COMFORT Suites is aptly named!
Front Desk staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and very comfortable. If you want a a good value for your dollar, this is the hotel for you! Close to the airport, and they provide shuttle to and from the airport. When passing thru Tucson, this is the place to stay!
