Worst Hotel Experience Ive Had
After checking in to our room, on a celebration night of our engagement, we found a shrieking noise coming from an outdoor fan. After almost an hour in the middle of the night, they finally relocated us in a room with a pulldown bed. Basically i spent the most i ever had on a pulldown full bed. After getting nearly no sleep, i was too furious to even start with a hotel associate, for fear of embarrising myself and my fiancee. I did not feel like explaining my expectations, being that i live in Las Vegas and work in one of the nicest resorts. I had a much better experience at the Bridgeville Holiday Inn, pretty telling for the so called "Best Hotel in Pittsburgh". Dont waste your money.

Loved our stay!
First time in Pittsburgh, and the Omni William Penn was fantastic. The location was perfect for us: in a good, safe part of downtown, and absolutely walkable to the Mellon Arena & PNC Park and multiple restaurants. The interior of the lobby is old-style grande, with perhaps a little wear & tear showing. BUT....we stayed on a floor that had just been renovated, and it was stunning. One of the prettiest rooms that weve ever stayed in. The front desk bumped us to a larger room with a king bed. There were 2 bathrooms, and all of the furnishings were "top shelf". We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
