Excellent value.
When going to Cedar Point, all I ever look for is a clean place to sleep. The Comfort Inn in Huron, OH was perfect. The rooms are new and well-kept. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants and gas stations right near the hotel. The indoor pool and the breakfast buffet were both above average.
Halloweekends are awesome.

Decent place to stay
Friendly service, reasonably clean, decent room for the price. Very convenient location for trips to Cedar point.

Did the trick . . .
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The sink is outside of the closed off bath/shower/toilet room which didn’t work well for privacy within the room. The continental breakfast was good too - nothing spectacular but the kids were impressed with the freshly made waffles. Kids enjoyed the pool. Worked well for us for a 2-star hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Location was perfect for Cedar Point. Not right in the big rush of things but about 10 mins. away, right on the road into Sandusky. Hotel is across from a McDonalds and a gas station with convenience store.
