Our hotel is located a 100 steps away from the Leidseplein, the busiest and most popular square of Amsterdam, where you can choose among all kinds of clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. We offer a 24 hour reception, safes free of charge. All rooms offer private WC/shower and TV. Within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes you can reach the Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum, the Heineken brewery, the Vondelpark and the Red light area. Please note that the hotel has a main building and dependence, both located on the Leidsegracht 111 and Leidsgracht 117 a few steps away form each other. The rooms will be assigned between the two buildings upon availability. Please note, credit card payments will be charged with an extra 5 %. For our own guarantee we take an authorization for all reservations with an arrival within coming 7 days. This because of a no show or a cancellation besides the cancellation policy (48 hours before arrival), we will be able to charge the first night. Otherwise we have the permission to cancel your reservation, even if a deposit is paid. Please note that in case of cancellations in the period of the IBC, there won't be a refund because of our minimum stay in this period. Cancellations made a week before arrival in this period will be cancelled without costs.
