Front Desk staff lacks people skills
The facilities, room, location and price are all great. Wasn’t thrilled with the help. The three different front office staff I dealt with were cold and uninterested. The bartender just was there to push drinks and collect money.

Very nice appearance
The hotel is very nice visually, easy on the eyes when you walk in. Simple, basic hotel setup. Really enjoy the balcony - it was probably the best part of the stay.

Excellent location to main highways. Great value for the $$. Close enough to Boston and surrounding universities and malls.
