Not Impressed
No manager on site for over 12 hours to fix problem with overbooking.

So-so
Four of us stayed in a room with 2 double beds for three nights. To start with, service at the front desk, shuttle service and dining room service was very good. On the other hand, the room staff could never leave us four bath towels for some reason. They could leave us only three each day. An extra bath towel had to be found each morning. The room was the noisiest I have ever stayed in. The room window was about 50 feet from a very busy highway and every traffic noise could be heard. Considering what we were being charged for this room, this was certainly not acceptable.
