Not doing the job

It was an inexpensive option, but I was unhappy with our stay. Some of the staff were quite friendly but others made it clear that they just didn’t care. I had called about a fridge in the room so I could store milk and food for our infant and was told that was fine. When we got there they said they were all gone - that it was first come first serve. That’s fine if that is their policy but I should have been told that upfront so I could make other arrangements instead of having to scramble at the last minute. The room was also not clean - dust and hair in the bathroom.

would not recommend

I have stayed here many times in the past. Each time I become more dissatified with the conditon of the hotel. On this visit my bathroom was dirty, one of the two elevators was broken and the exercise room was out of order and could not be used.The overall appearance of the hotel is untidy. This hotel is in the best location for me but I will not be staying there again.

Bad choice in hotel

1st room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. We requested to be moved due to the smell was so bad. 2nd room that they gave us was non-smoking, the comfort on the beds were stain with were not sure what. Looked like they were not cleaned. My daughter was afraid to sleep on the bed after she saw the comforter. Toilet did not flush becasue the lifted inside the bowl was broken. We ask for a wake up call and did not get it. We were very disappointed. It was too late to look for another hotel and I was tired. So we sucked it up for the night.

The hotel was very convenient for me and the facilities were excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had an enjoyable stay.

Good price

The Hotel was nice and clean, the Continental breakfast was a little lack luster and we had a very hard time getting a cab service to come to the hotel.

Hotel was disgusting

Our room was so filty it is unreal they have business. I can’t even descibe what was on the wall behind our toliet and all the hair on the shower curtain, that didn’t belong to us! We were approached in the hallway by a gentleman asking us if our room needed cleaned today. Are you kidding me? Why would you ask the guest that question. If your job is provide a service why would you ask. Needless to say we didn’t get towels that day or our trash emptied. A fight broke out in the room next to ours about 3:30 AM. I woke up to a woman screaming for someone to call 911! Front desk did not answer so we went for help. This went on for at least an hour. With that being said, we checked out sooner rather than later.

Stay elsewhere.

Stay Away

I stayed there one night. The only good thing its right off 695. However its not the oly exit off the highway with hotels. Pass this exit and stay some where else. You are now warned!!!

Hotel fine but noisy

Nice hotel but there were too many people making noise outside at 3:00 a.m

OK for the money

Convenient location but certainly not great. Rooms are dated and not very clean. While a "restaurant" opened recently, the menu is very basic - fried foods, hot dogs, etc.

We’ll never go back!

We’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 3 years. It has become progressively worse. And we will not stay there again. During this latest stay, we had to ask to be moved close to the front desk, as there were numerous parties on the upper floors until 2-3 a.m. the previous morning. We heard fights, screaming, drug-talk, babies crying, etc. And, after complaining to the front desk, it didn’t stop. We were moved only after we threatened to call the police if we had to go through that experience for our second and last night in the hotel. Also, the hotel had not received its delivery of washcloths. So, we didn’t get any, as the laundry couldn’t keep up with the demand. The hotel is dirty, the bathroom had mold, and teenagers were constantly hanging out in the lobby. We’ll never go back!

The hotel was nasty the room that was given to me was mildewed terrible!!!!

I would like for the hotel to take a look at thier staffing and maintenance staff it has been poorly kept and if the staff parties on the premises that is not good business.

Decent Guests Come Last

After long day turned in early at 9pm. Guests checked in to room next door at 10pm, turned TV on full volume and then left. I asked front desk for assistance twice in next hour and went down to desk only to be told by the surley females on duty that they had no intention of going into the room to turn the TV off and I should call the county police if I had a problem. After midnight the inconsiderate guests returned I didn’t get to sleep until after 2am. Decent guests come last here. Avoid the place and its lazy incompetent night staff if you can.

Damp, Dirty & Disgusting

I am moving to the area and needed a hotel for one night, I looked up the reviews for this hotel and they seemed decent for the price. Upon walking down the hallway to our room it looked as if the floors had not been vaccumed in months. This was only an indication of how our room would be...the room was on the first floor and was extremely damp. If you walked barefoot the floor felt wet! The bathroom was very dirty, I found hairs in the shower and on the floor. The only thing that seemed semi clean were the sheets (but I did not inspect them too much for fear I would find something!!). The comforter was a dark red color but I saw spots on it that looked as if it had not been cleaned for a while. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If we had been staying there longer than one night we would have left. If you want a similar priced hotel that is cleaner I suggest trying just outside of the Towson area.

Needs to be updated

The lobby, hallways and room need a good remodel. The overall feel of the hotel was dirty due to age and lack of upkeep. Even the pool was cloudy. Staff and friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was great looking from the outside but as soon as we walked in the hotel the lady behind the desk was very rude. She acted like she had no idea what she was doing. I had called the hotel and asked a few questions like how long of a drive to the zoo and the harbor, and the guy who answered the phone had no idea. I also asked how much it was for a crib ( i was traveling with my two young children) he had told me none. So when i got there they were telling me that there was a $10 a day charge. All it was was a pack and play, i could have brought mine from home for that! The bath tub was very dirty and the hair dryer didnt work. I told them that Friday when we checked in and when we left Sunday the hair dryer still didnt work! The breakfast was good as long as you wen t before 8 am. After that they ran out of everything and would not replace it. The hotel was very loud, the room on both sides of us was up all night partying. So no sleep for my husband and i or the kids (1 1/2 yrs and 5 months) The hotel was close to everything and not far from food or shopping.

Just so so

Stayed here for a conference. Located right off 695 but kinda dingy. No treadmill in the fitness room. Everything just seemed old but the staff were friendly and my room was clean.

Enjoyed my stay

Rooms clean and hotel staff courteous but overall condition of hotel just average. Good continental breakfast. Good location near beltway. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Not great - Not terrible

I have stayed here twice - - Hotel needs some attention - bathrooms need to be scrubbed, but the staff is nice, the parking is free and the breakfast is good.

Great staff

From the front desk personnel to the bartender, the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was very small but clean. It was RIGHT on the I-695 freeway entrance which made it very convenient to getting where I needed to go.

no frills

stayed two nights and room was not cleaned for us. Desk was not concerned when we told them. Okay for the money--but nothing special.

Budget Travel

The hotel was perfect for the price paid. Rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. Proximity to the highway was perfect fro traveling into Baltimore.

Good value for the money

Hotel was in a good location for Towson area shopping and schools. Room was pleasant and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and temperature controls worked well. Not far from Interstate 95.

Traveler's tip on shopping

Hotel is a five minute ride to the Towson Mall for great shopping.
