The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast is minimal, but kept stocked. The rooms were quiet even though it was full and hydro race weekend. Could use new pillows as they’re flat, though there’s plenty. Simple inexpensive furniture, but it’s one of the least expensive hotels in the area.

Terrible.
Although nearby Amon Park is nice, the area this motel is in, seems run down. The pictures shown for this motel are not current. The other guests seem to be permanent residents. There is no elevator to bring your things to the second floor and you would not want to leave belongings inside your vehicle. Try the Hampton Inn instead.
