Best Service EVER
I had lost a button on a blouse that I was to wear to a business meeting and had left my sewing kit at home. I went to the office to see if they had one and they couldn’t find any so the mangager went to Wal-Mart right then a bought one so that I could sew on a button and get to my meeting. Way above and beyond. I think her name was Erin. And the gentleman that checked us in, Omar, was a delight. So mannerly and helpful. Just a wonderful staff!!!

2nd time’s a charm
Stayed at this hotel a year ago and stayed at others since. Decided to stay again because the price was right. Last time the staff I asked did not know where Butler University was. I’m sorry but it’s 5 miles away and I’m sure other parents just in the area might also need to know. This time when leaving I asked if they knew how to get there and the staff stated yes, told me verbal directions and then was going to provide a map. Great staff person. We got down late for breakfast this time and the staff was very accomodating to provide us with food. Numerous times we were asked if they could get us anything else. Great service! I only wish they had a king size bed. Yes, I would stay again.

Good business travel accomodations
Rates are reasonable. Rooms are comfortable. Service was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the variety at breakfast. Easy freeway access. Only complaint: internet service wasn’t reliable; kept getting kicked off for no apparent reason.
