Great Stay
Hotel was very nice. Great view of Chattanooga’s historic downtown buildings. Easy access to interstate 24 and 75.

Not impressed
The beds were not very large. The expensive breakfast was second rate. We reserved the"stay for breakfast" deal, and they argued that our initial fees didn’t cover breakfast. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful.

Won;t go back
On our 1st night the staff was rude and short answers to any questions we had. The lady in the gift shop was very rude. The hotel was under going maint. and no one told us. We did not know until we tried to order a pay per view movie and could not because of construction. I was disappointed. We stayed at this hotel New Years Eve 2008 and had great service. But, things have changed.
