Great Experience
I’m a Bombay lad, born and brought up. I have always wanted to stay at the Trident (Oberoi) for as long as I can remember and used to visit it when I was a kid as my Uncle used to work there (freebees). I got the chance to fulfill one of my childohood dreams when I stayed at the Trident during an official business trip to India (Imagine that, I had to get out of the country to get to stay at the hotel). I wanted to do so even more because of 26/11. What was my experience? Fantastic, from the bell-hop to room service to the concierge, the cleaners, everybody knew their part, there was absolutely no pretensions about putting on an act on delivering exceptional customer service - it all came from the heart. I would know that as I’ve seen enough of pitiful attempts at customer service in my time in various retail and commercial outlets. I also made it a point to put these comments directly to he hotel in their feedback as customers rarely stop to acknowledge a good job. I end with a high recommendation for any business traveller visiting Mumbai. Trident is a great place to stay. Exceptional people, exceptional service.

South Mumbai Best Hotels
The Hilton Towers (earlier called The Oberoi Towers), Nariman Point, Mumbai still would rank among the best business hotels in Mumbai. The hotel rooms offer very nice sea and Mumbai skyline views. Good set of restaurants in the hotel as well as in walking distance. IThe pricing in India however for 5 star hotels is completely out of line and has escalated putting a dampner and this hotel is no exception

f keen on a jog, just get out of the hotel and within 1 min you can run on the track along the sea.
