Not Impressed
Although I was given a non smoking room but it was nothing but a smoking room, requsted to give me upper floor room but they lied said that it’s under renovation and all night I can hear someone on top of my room walking,means occupied. Next day after my complain they swtiched my room to upper floor when I pointed that people are in upper floor rooms. Funny that as i seen previously on this hotels comment, my key stop working by 10 am although the check out time is 12. I had to go to front desk and get the key problem fixed. How can they kick out a customer from room by 10 am, when the chekout time is 12?

A good value stay
The rooms were excellaant for the money I paid. While we never availled ourselves to the pool, it did look very clean and inviting. I wouild stay here again.

Clean but well-worn hotel
The hotel has no elevator. The second-floor rooms are accessible only by stairs. The room was clean, but well-worn. Bath, shower, sink was new and clean.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Cracker Barrel, Wal-Mart shopping center, and Waffle House nearby. Perfect location for Rock City and Ruby Falls; Lookout Mountain Incline.
