It’s an old hotel and getting to the parking garage is a little inconvenient but otherwise the service was excellent and the location is convenient. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the dining area is pleasant.

Horrible Stay
This hotel was the worse experience as the hotel rooms were pathetic condition, hotel service was horrible, the hotel has cameras everywhere and you are not even allowed to bring guests in to the rooms as there is a camera downstairs and individuals at the front desk will stop you. I got a suit and the sofa bed was broken, the beds itself are very uncomfortable. For the hefty price you pay, you are getting horrible service and the amenties include a tv from the 80’s in your room, charge for phone calls even local calls, there are hotels neighboring this hotel such as Sofitel, Marriot, Holiday Inn - those look superb and at a cost where breakfast is included. At Hotel Le Cantlie no breakfast is included and since the hotel is a private business they are in the business to make money off of any issue.
