Great stay!
We (me, my wife, and 2 kids ages 11 and 9) arrived at the Doubletree late on Friday night. Check-in was a breeze and the warm cookies were a treat after the long drive. We went to our room which was nice. Fourth floor (non-smoking) room with 2 double beds. We called the front desk and asked for a roll-away bed. It did take a while for the bed to get there but it did finally arrive. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was ideal. The hotel is located just off a highway for easy access to things and there is a large shopping mall just across the highway. There are tons of eating establishments within 5 miles of the hotel. Especially enjoyed the Chesterfield version of the "Old Spaghetti Factory" which was located about 3 miles West of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

nickel and dime
This is a nice hotel, however be very cautious as to all of the extra fees you will be charged to use the amenities. There is a $10/day fee to use the internet, as well as $10/day to use the workout facilities! We never expected to have to pay to use the gym! Also, we stood at the front desk for 5 minutes one evening before being acknowledged as they were talking amongst themselves. Do NOT eat at the cafe there either as the service is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and my order was wrong. Then it took her forever to bring my check. Overall, not impressed.

Great Hotel for the Price
This hotel is a really great bargain for the price. It is clean, has many nice amenities including the health club, Starbucks, restaurant, etc. It is not far from downtown St. Louis. This was our second visit, and we would definitely return.
