Would not recommend
We booked this as the Sheraton. Between the time we booked and went, the hotel lost its Sheraton affiliation. The hotel has definitely gone down hill. The hotel was in acceptable form and not uncomfortable, but was clearly in decline. We switched rooms due to a leak in our first room, which the staff did not manage to fix despite represenations to us that it has been fixed. Thed the second room had its own set of broken items. The kiddie pool area was very nicely done, but far away from the main pool and people were smoking on top of the kids. The only positive aspects were the front desk staff and the waitresses (not the waiters) in the lobby area. We were unimpressed with the food, the dining room staff and the pool staff. We would not recommend this hotel.

Good, not great. Kids will enjoy!
Rooms were a bit outdated. Pool and beach were nice. Kids Club is great for kids. service was ok. location very good. A mid-level hotel.

Recommend scuba diving, dolphin reef, aquarium, snorkeling.

Excellent choice in Eilat
On arrival we were upgraded to a Plaza room that was about twice the size of most rooms and contained a jacuzzi. Everything else during the ~12 hours of our stay was just as nice.
