Not created equal,,
As we found out not all Holiday Inn Express hotels are created equal. We had stayed at a HIE in San Bernadino CA., and was amazed at the comfort of the bed and pillows. This experience didn’t happen at the Lincoln NE HIE. Bed was hard, pillows had no shape. Like they’ve been washed 1 to many times. The cases on the pillows indicated a choice of either soft or firm, but couldn’t tell the difference. The breakfast was really good though, lots of choices.
