Not the best service
We stayed here when we were in Tulsa for SYTYCD performance. When we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk. We waited for about 5 minutes and then I got the cell phone out and called to the hotel to see if Icould get anyone so that we might chack in. The phone in front of me rang and rang but no one arrived. After about 15 minutes all the suddeen two employees showed up at the exact same time. Wierd. We checked in, and got to our room.... a smokers room. We requested a non-smoking room so I called to the desk and requested a change to a non-smoking room. She told me there were none available. So we just made the best of it despite the very strong odor of stale cigerettes. The next morning we took advantage of the breakfest which was ok. When we went to check out at 10AM there was once again no one at the front desk. This time after 10 minutes someone showed up. The neighborhood around there is not the greatest place to hang around in either. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
