Not Impressed at all
I called down to the front desk four times from 7-9 PM to arrange for a wake up call - no one answered. The remote control for the TV didn’t work and there were no instructions for the wireless connection. In addition, I was charged twice (one by Expedia and once by the hotel). At check in I was asked to pay, I stated that it was prepaid through Expedia and had to wait for another front desk person to review it and explain it to the girl. Then when I got home, I found I was still charged anyway, even though I never received a bill under my door. I’m still waiting for my credit.
