The front desk personel were rude, they did not clean the room once in the five days I stayed there.
For the price of the hotel a night they should have at least put fresh towels in the restroom, but dice. The hotel itself was fine, the service horrible, and the attention to the client was also horrendous.

Very friendly staff
The AC in my room didn’t work properly. The kitchenette was missing items by the time I got there. But other than that, my stay was very relaxing. The staff is always ready to help and to provide for anything I needed. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Walmart was across the way, and there were plenty of food places surrounding this motel, ALL within walking distance.

Good hotel for the price
I booked the hotel before reading all the reviews so I was a bit apprehensive. This turned into pleasant surprise--the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and when the hotel made an error in booking us two rooms with one bed instead of two rooms with two beds (we had 4 teens in our party plus two adults)they made it right be giving us 4 single bed rooms. I would advise others to remember that this is an Extended Stay hotel--no they don’t clean your room everyday for you unless you pay extra, ad there are not many of the amenities of other hotels--But for the price it was a great hotel located close to quick food options and the venue (Home Depot Center) where we were attending.
