A superior hotel
This hotel is first class. The room was beautiful, the service impeccable and the food excellent. You could not ask more of a hotel. Yes it is pricey, but here you actually get what you pay for.

Not Impressed
After a long drive our room was not ready for check in. It took 2 phone calls and a 30 minute wait for our luggage to arrive. We had the concierge make a dinner reservation for us only to arrive at the restaurant and no reservation was made. The staff was not very friendly. There are alot of other 4 star hotels in the area in which to chose from. Based on the level of service we received, we would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful experience! The staff was superb and helpful with everything - will certainly be staying here again!
